It is well known that Egypt currently produces approximately 65 - 70% of its animal protein, whether in the form of white or red meat or dairy derivatives. The average annual consumption of meat per person in Egypt didn't exceed the 10 kg and over 35 kg of dairy. The only way to maintain the average per capita consumption of protein in Egypt as well as to cover the needs of the growing population, it must strongly add modern techniques and methods developed in improve production and marketing and increased domestic and international. That is why we had our decision in Massive Conference & Trade Fairs to organize the international specialized exhibition which will provide " machines - equipments - tools - supplies " for Animal production, Dairy industry and JUICE drinks. |
